TrackVid · Packing Automation

The automatic packing machine that cuts manpower and wins every claim.

Manual packing eats people, time and margin, and still leaves you with no proof when a buyer files a fake return. TrackVid's automatic packing machine runs your fulfilment on one line.

Too many people on packing.

Every extra hundred orders a day means more packers, more shifts and more supervision. Your wage bill climbs in step with growth.

Packing is slow and caps your growth.

Manual packing only moves as fast as your slowest packer. Sale spikes turn into backlogs, late dispatch and SLA penalties.

Costly packing errors.

Wrong label, wrong item, a weak seal, a mistyped order. Each mistake becomes a return, a complaint or a claim against you.

Money lost to fake and wrong returns.

Empty box returns, swapped items, false damage claims. Without order-linked proof of what you shipped, most of these losses are never recovered.

Claims rejected for want of proof.

Raw CCTV is not accepted. If you cannot show what was packed for that exact order, the claim is rejected and you carry the loss.

Hours wasted hunting for footage.

When a dispute lands, your team scrolls through hours of CCTV to find one order, and often misses the marketplace deadline anyway.

Stop paying for slow packing and lost claims.

Book the machine that packs and proves every order, and stop paying twice for the same parcel.

The Fix

One line. Every cost handled.

Each row maps a cost you carry today to how the machine removes it. Hover to feel the shift.

A large packing headcount
One operator feeds the line. The machine scans, labels, seals and conveys, so you pack far more orders with fewer people.
Slow, capped throughput
Continuous automated packing keeps pace through sale spikes, without adding shifts or stations.
Packing errors
The correct label prints and applies for that exact order, then the bag is sealed consistently. Order data pulls from your ERP, so nobody types it in.
Unrecovered return losses
Cameras record the pack at dispatch and link the video to Order ID, AWB and SKU, so you hold proof of exactly what you shipped for every dispute.
Rejected claims
Order-linked dispatch video is the evidence marketplaces accept, captured at the moment of packing, not pieced together later.
Time lost finding footage
Search by Order ID and pull the exact packing video in under 10 seconds.
Missed claim deadlines
TrackVid detects claim emails (including AJIO CCTV footage requests) and replies with the packing video for you, on time.
On the floor

Watch one order go scan to sealed.

No edit, no speed-up. The operator scans, the machine bags, labels and seals, and the camera writes the clip against that AWB before the parcel leaves the table.

Cost recovery

Find out how fast the machine pays for itself.

Three numbers off your own floor. We come back with the payback period in months, worked out on packing labour alone.

Your packing floor today

Change any number and the payback updates as you type.

Parcels you dispatch on an average working day. Sizes the line — the payback comes off your wage bill.

People packing those orders by hand right now.

Fully loaded monthly cost of one packer.

Nothing leaves your browser. The maths runs on this page — we never see the numbers you type here.

You recover the machine in

Payback runs against your full monthly packing wage bill. Line sizing uses the published speed of 25 bags a minute, held at a realistic sustained 40% of peak across an eight-hour shift — 4,800 orders per operator. Fewer wrong-item dispatches, fewer lost disputes and less packaging waste all shorten it further.

Common questions

Everything sellers ask before ordering.

What is the TrackVid automatic packing machine?
It runs your fulfilment on one line. A packer places the item, then the machine reads the order barcode, prints and applies the correct shipping label, seals the courier bag and conveys the finished parcel. On the integrated version, built-in cameras film the pack at dispatch and link the video to the Order ID, AWB and SKU.
How does it reduce packing manpower?
One operator feeds the line while the machine scans, prints, applies, seals and conveys. You pack far more orders per person, so you stop adding packers and shifts as you grow.
How is it different from a normal packing machine?
A normal machine only saves labour. This one also films every pack at dispatch and links it to the order, so you recover the revenue you would otherwise lose to fake returns and disputes.
Do I need to install separate cameras?
No. On the integrated version cameras are built in at the right angle, so every order is filmed automatically with no setup. The standalone version is TrackVid-ready.
What products and bag sizes does it handle?
Apparel, fashion and small to medium soft goods, in courier and poly bags up to 45 cm. It handles single and multi-item orders.
Will it work with my current order system?
Yes. It connects to your ERP or order management system and pulls order details automatically.
How do I order one, and what happens next?
Send us your monthly order volume and bag sizes through the form on this page. We come back with a configuration and a quote for your operation, walk you through a live demo, and agree an installation date. TrackVid setup and onboarding are included with the integrated machine.
