TrackVid is a product of WhiteStone Infotech LLP, an IT company in Surat, Gujarat, with a team of 50+ engineers. The founders are Himanshu Vasani, who leads product and business, and Jaimish Patel, who leads engineering.

Q: How long does it take to go live?

Under 15 minutes, set up remotely on the IP cameras, CCTV or webcams already in your warehouse. No new hardware. TrackVid works without an OMS, so nothing has to be integrated before the first recording.

TrackVid was born out of a real problem faced by e-commerce sellers every day, fake return claims, missing inventory, and marketplace disputes with no evidence to win.

We watched fashion brands in Surat lose lakhs every month to fraudulent returns on AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart, not because they were wrong, but because they had no proof. CCTV footage existed but couldn't be linked to specific orders. Claims were filed manually and lost automatically.

TrackVid was built in 2023 inside a fashion ecommerce business the founders are part of, after the business lost money to wrong returns it could not prove. It launched publicly in 2024, and in 2026 it automates claim filing for 1,100+ sellers.

AI-Powered VMS + CMS for Sellers

TrackVid is an AI-powered Video Management System (VMS) and Claim Management System (CMS) for e-commerce sellers. We automate the recording, indexing, storage, and dispute-filing process, so sellers focus on growing their business, not defending their revenue.

Every order is recorded on the cameras already in the warehouse, and the video is linked to the Order ID and AWB at capture. Claims are then filed on your own seller portal access using robotic process automation, inside each platform's window. Himanshu Vasani

Driving e-commerce growth through AI-powered video proof and automation solutions.

Himanshu is a full-stack engineer and entrepreneur based in Surat, Gujarat. With a background in software development and a deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, he co-founded TrackVid to solve a problem he saw firsthand, sellers losing lakhs in fake return and dispute claims with no proof.

He leads product, sales, and business development at TrackVid, and has built the platform from zero to 1,100+ sellers across AJIO, Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Snapdeal.

Jaimish Patel

Turning complex ideas into scalable, reliable technology products.

Jaimish started his engineering career at Infosys, where he built a foundation in enterprise systems and large-scale architecture. He went on to work at Resonant Cloud Solutions and Tricon Infotech before co-founding WhiteStone Infotech, which he has grown into a 50+ engineer team delivering products globally.

He co-founded TrackVid to build India's first video-based proof infrastructure for global e-commerce sellers and leads all technical architecture, product engineering, and platform scalability across the group.

What TrackVid does and does not do

TrackVid records outbound packing and inbound returns linked to orders, stores the video, and files the claims that need that video as evidence. It is not an order, inventory or warehouse management system, and it works without an OMS.

TrackVid covers return-side reconciliation, which means returns never received, RTO units never scanned back, and quantity mismatches, and leaves fee, commission and settlement audits to accounting tools. B2B inbound delivery recording is not included.

Dedicated support

Dedicated support, not a queue: live chat on the dashboard, phone and WhatsApp, email, and a ticket system that tracks every request to closure, from the Surat team that built the product. Large accounts get a named contact.

The chat and the ticket system are TrackVid's own, built into the dashboard. A packing station problem at 9pm reaches the engineers who wrote the code, not a reseller.
