Two camera types, that is all
A webcam at the packing table, or an RTSP camera. RTSP covers IP, CCTV, DVR and ONVIF cameras, so the cameras already in your warehouse usually work. The recorder runs on Windows and macOS. Ten platforms for claim filing
Claims are filed today on Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, Snapdeal, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, Delhivery and Xpressbees. Amazon SAFE-T is in build and not live. JioMart is planned. Filing runs on your own seller portal access using robotic process automation, as explained on claim automation.
AJIO NDR and DDR, AJIO only
An NDR is a Not Delivered Return and a DDR is a Delivery Dispute Return, where AJIO records the return as delivered and you never received it. Both are raised automatically for AJIO, and no other marketplace has them. The queue, bulk sheets and status refresh sit on marketplace ticket management.
The inbound side
Scan the return AWB, record the unboxing and log the unit Good or Bad. That is your counter-evidence when AJIO disputes what came back, and a return inspected Good costs no credits. See return inspection.

Where the video lives
